Schaffe Klarheit in die eigenen Handlungen in herausfordernden Situationen im Berufs- und Alltagsleben. Wir arbeiten mit unterschiedlichen Methoden aus dem Coaching, mit Meditation und Improvisation. Nimm Einsichten, Entscheidungen und Zukunftsinspirationen für dich mit. Lebendig, aktiv, heiter.
Du beschreibt eine konkrete Situation oder ein persönliches Thema. Durch szenisches Arbeiten mit Improvisation spielen wir deine individuelle Fragestellung durch.
Wechsle die Perspektive und nimm die Rolle des Beobachtenden ein. Durchlaufe oder verändere die Situation durch Impulse der Coaches oder Feedback aus der Gruppe.
Für diesen Workshop sind keine Vorkenntnisse notwendig.
